Where are you based, and do you charge travel to Nottingham?
We’re based in Grantham, around 40 minutes from Nottingham city centre. Travel is charged at our standard mileage rate, and we’ll include it clearly in your quote.
How quickly will we get our event video?
Highlight films are usually delivered the next day, depending on the complexity of the project. Full-length recordings and longer edits follow shortly after, and if you need social clips quickly, tell us when you build your project and we’ll plan for it.
How experienced is your team?
We’ve been producing video for over a decade and have covered more than 100 events nationally, from boardroom sessions to multi-camera conferences and awards nights. Our directors, production lead and videographers all work in-house.
Can you photograph the event as well as filming it?
Yes. Our team includes photographers as well as videographers, so you get both from one crew. See our photography services.
How many cameras will our event need?
A single camera works well for networking events and short talks. Conferences and awards nights usually need two or more cameras so we can capture the stage and the audience reaction at the same time, and for larger productions we can run five or more cameras. We’ll recommend what suits your event and budget.
Can you film golf days and outdoor events?
Yes. We regularly film golf days, combining on-course footage, interviews and drone footage where the venue permits.
